Crazy Apples provides food for many occasions, whether it’s catering for your home, corporate, or a school event, we have a delicious menu full of your favourites. We roast our meat ourselves, our soups are always homemade, and we source local ingredients whenever possible.

Since 2017, we’ve become known in Kelowna for serving “comfort” food favourites, gorgeous salads, crafty sandwiches, and delicious in-house baked desserts. Need catering for a reception, cocktail party, family style dinner, backyard BBQ, picnic, celebration of life event, or a school district meeting? We also sell our Crazy Apples Individual Boxes for any occasion. We are happy to build a custom menu for anything you need.

About Us

Crazy Apples was established in 2017 in Kelowna, BC by three hardworking ladies. Initially we were just a small-batch catering company with big ambitions and enormous energy. When we opened the front door to our eatery the neighborhood embraced us; we could not have asked for a better beginning.

We roast our meats, make our own soups, create menus that include breakfast items, creative salads, crafty sandwiches, amazing comfort foods, and many unique appetizers. We pride ourselves in being a little different than the rest.

With our ever-so-changing world and our lovely third apple leaving to pursue other adventures, we made the hard decision to place our focus on catering and closed our Eatery doors.

We are still located on Dolphin Avenue and offer catering for both big and small events, corporate events, school events, private events, and celebrations of all kinds.

We have met some amazing people over the years and have the utmost appreciation for all our customers. After all, they are the ones who helped us to grow strong and who keep our Crazy Apple spinning.

  We used Crazy Apples catering for our car club Christmas dinner. They were referred to me by one of our members wives and I am sure happy that I contacted them to cater our event.  The food was AMAZING.  We had about 50 people and everyone said the food was fabulous.  The portions were spot on, The turkey was moist and delicious.   We used Crazy Apples catering for a celebration of life for our parents.  They had a terrific menu to choose from, and we were able to select a number of items that our parents' would have loved.  The ladies showed up on time, were absolute professionals, and assisted with the serving and clearing for a very reasonable fee.  We received a many compliments on the food, things like "people always say there is good food at these kind of events, but usually it's just okay - THIS was *good* food".  We also opted for the dessert assortment, and everything was tasty.  They even packed up the leftovers into a little takeout containers, and those were just as delicious the next day.   They did it again! Great catering for a holiday home party. “The food is so good- and interesting! Not the boring stuff you usually get at holiday parties!”  The owners are so great to deal with; Flexible and accommodating. They’ve clearly done this a lot.
